Is the first visit to U Retreat free?
Yes, first visits are fully funded for carers and people who have been bereaved. We do ask for a £20 deposit to secure your place which is returned to you when you attend the day.
Do I have to pay for a 2nd visit?
Yes, we charge £25 which is heavily subsidised. However please ring us to discuss if you can’t pay the £25 charge as we want everyone to be able to visit.
Can I bring a friend?
Yes, there will be a £65 charge as the retreats are only funded for carers and people who have been bereaved
How do I pay?
By cheque or Bank transfer
What is a typical day?
10.30am – Welcome and Refreshments
10.50am- 11.50am Activity
12pm – 1pm 2 course light lunch
1.15pm 2 hour Activity session
3pm – Tea/ coffee and cake
3.45pm – Close
Is there parking at the venue?
We choose venues with parking so it is usually not a problem however we will let you know if there are any issues when you book.
